1. Compressed air purification system

Carbon molecular sieve is the key material to determine the production capacity of nitrogen generator. Because the compressed air provided by air compressor usually contains traces of oil, water and dust particles, these impurities, especially oil molecules, will reduce the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieves, so compressed air is Before entering the oxygen-nitrogen separation system, it is necessary to remove oil and remove dust. First, the air is compressed by the compressor to 0.75-1.0 MPa into the air purification system. Most of the water, oil and dust impurities are removed by the pipeline filter, and then the water is dehydrated by a refrigerating dryer to make the pressure dew point reach 2 ° C - 10 ° C. The fine compressed filter, the ultra-fine filter and the activated carbon degreaser are used again to obtain clean compressed air with a pressure of 0.75-1.0 MPa, a pressure dew point of 2 ° C -10 ° C, and an oil content of ≤ 0.01 ppm. The compressed air purification system consists of a pipeline filter, a freeze dryer, a fine filter, a superfine filter, an activated carbon degreaser, an automatic drain valve, and a ball valve.


2. Air storage tank system

The function of the air storage tank system ensures that the oxygen-nitrogen separation system uses gas to be stable. When the oxygen-nitrogen separation system is switched, the instantaneous airflow velocity is prevented from being too fast, affecting the air purification effect, improving the quality of the compressed air entering the adsorber, and prolonging the life of the molecular sieve. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is working to switch, it also provides a large amount of compressed air required for rapid pressure rise in a short time for the PSA oxygen-nitrogen separation device, so that the pressure in the adsorption tower quickly rises to the working pressure, ensuring reliable and stable equipment. run. The air storage tank system is composed of an air storage tank, a safety valve, a shut-off valve, a ball valve, a pressure gauge and the like.


3. Oxygen and nitrogen separation system

The oxygen-nitrogen separation system is the core part of air separation. Its main body is two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieves. When clean compressed air enters an adsorption tower, O2, CO2 and trace H2O are adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is output from the outlet end. Become a product nitrogen. When one column is adsorbing nitrogen, the other column is discharged from the micropores by decompression to remove O2, CO2 and H2O adsorbed in the molecular sieve, thereby realizing regeneration and desorption of the molecular sieve. The two columns alternately adsorb and regenerate, and continuously output nitrogen. The oxygen-nitrogen separation system is composed of an adsorption tower, a carbon molecular sieve packed in the tower, a pneumatic valve, a muffler, a throttle valve, a compression cylinder, a pressure gauge and the like.


4. Nitrogen buffer system

The main function of the nitrogen buffer system is to equalize the pressure and purity of the nitrogen separated from the nitrogen-oxygen separation system to ensure continuous supply of nitrogen. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is regenerated to adsorption switching, it stores the partially qualified nitrogen gas back to the adsorption tower protection bed, and also helps the adsorption tower to boost. The nitrogen buffer system consists of a buffer tank, a flow meter, a dust filter, a pressure regulating valve, a throttle valve, and a safety valve.


5. Electrical control system

The main functions of the electrical control system are equipment start-stop operation, working status indicator, fault sound and light alarm indication, purity display, pneumatic valve according to the setting program, remote display and control. The electrical control system consists of a programmable controller CPU, a gas source triplex, a solenoid valve, an indicator light, a nitrogen analyzer, etc., and is mainly installed in an electric control cabinet.
