6. The use of the JZJ series self-cleaning air filter is very simple. The user only needs to connect the air compressor inlet with the self-cleaning outlet.
JZJ series self-cleaning air filter is connected to the inlet of the air compressor and is connected to the inlet of the air compressor. Under the effect of negative pressure, the processing air is sucked from the atmosphere. The air passes through the filter cartridge and the dust is blocked by the filter material. Numerous small particle dust are in the air. A dust film is formed on the windward surface of the filter. The dust film can improve the filtering effect and increase the air flow resistance. When the resistance increases to a high limit of 600 Pa, the pressure difference transmitter transmits the resistance signal to the pulse control. The computer and the computer in the instrument send out instructions and the self-cleaning system starts to work. After the solenoid valve receives the instruction, it controls and drives the diaphragm valve according to the program. The diaphragm valve instantly releases the compressed air with a pressure of 600-800 kPa and is rectified by the nozzle.
