When the JRR series waste heat regenerative air dryer works, the high temperature compressed air first enters the regeneration tower of the drying unit, so that the temperature of the adsorbent is desorbed, and then it is reduced to room temperature through the post-cooler of the drying unit, and finally enters the adsorption tower for drying. When the sorbent of the regeneration tower rises to a certain temperature, the heating is stopped, and 1% of the product gas is used for cold blowing to normal temperature. Since the heat energy generated by the air compression is utilized in the regeneration process of the adsorption tower, the drying device hardly exists. Consumption of other energy, while extending the switching time to more than 300-500min, greatly reduces the operating costs of drying equipment.

1. Preparation before starting
● Open instrument air supply, control pressure in 0.5-0.6MPa;
● manually detect the action of each valve (manual switch several times);
● Turn on the system cooling water to adjust the flow rate according to the requirements. If the gas in the cooling water system needs to be depleted if it is deactivated for a long time, the next step can be performed after the cooling water is full.
● Turn on the control power and check the process parameters. Each parameter sensor (refer to the process flow and parameter description)
2, the device starts
● Press the device start button to observe the operation of each process valve (each valve).
● The system has a stop memory function. After the restart, the system can continue to run according to the state before the stop. If you want to run again, press the reset button to clear the timing memory.
● Slowly open the compressed air inlet valve, dry the air outlet valve, and let the system pressure slowly rise to the rated value. (If the device does not manually enter or exit the air valve, the dryer can be opened first and the air compressor can be opened again).
3, the equipment is shut down (conditionally choose to stop the regenerative tower regeneration process completion period)
● Stop the air compressor or close the inlet valve and close the outlet valve.
● Press the device stop button to turn off the main power and turn off the air supply to the instrument.
● Discharge the system condensate and close the cooling water inlet and outlet valves.
● The device is in standby state.
